DIN 2093 heavy duty disc springs are high-strength disc springs designed for applications requiring high loads with relatively small deflections. According to thickness-to-diameter ratio, DIN 2093 classifies disc springs into three series:
Series A:Thin type, suitable for low load and large deflection
Series B:Medium type, balanced load and deflection characteristics
Series C:Thick type, suitable for high load and small deflection
These disc springs provide excellent load capacity and fatigue life, making them ideal for applications demanding strong preloading and vibration resistance.
